 | Alaskan Smolt - Smolt runs are prolific on a lot of with Salmon and Steelhead runs. They tend to aggravate both salmon and steelhead along with trout, creating aggressive strikes. Great smelt imitation for Dollies and Trout, particularly in AK. Fish towards the top of water column, allow it to skate across the surface. Currently available in size 6. |
 | Bloody Muddler - A extremely popular steelhead fly across the US. From the upper tributaries of the Columbia to the Erie runs. Also know to be effective with smallmouth bass. Skate along the surface, dead drift, or swing it; all have been know to work well. Great pattern for when a traditional muddler minnow has been overfished and the fish aren't biting it. Currently available in sizes 8 and 10. |

Brahma Bugger - Another great bugger pattern, with some substantial difference from a typical bugger pattern. The use of soft hackle feathers give this body a more life like profile and should pulsate in the water. Great leech, baitfish, or crawdad imitation. Currently available in size 6.

Doodle Bug - Also know as the Devil Bug, this is a great attractor/beetle pattern. Know for a long time for its effectiveness verses smallies and bream. Allow to skate along the surface or leave still while giving it slight twitches. Much like a Tom Thumb but with a red body. Currently available in sizes 12 and 16.

Epoxy Mysis Shrimp - Freshwater shrimp are a huge food source for many gamefish and baitfish. This species has been introduced to many watersheds with the sole purpose of improving fish stocks. Used widely in Michigan and Colorado. This verison contains an epoxy shell, which adds a natural look and extra protection to the fly. Available in sizes 16 and 18.

Foam Snail - This pattern isn’t one that will always work, nor be relevant in all fishing situations, however, Snails can be the only effective pattern in the right situation. Lakes that have huge snail populations leave little room for other insects to keep healthy populations, and fish grow accustom to primarily feeding on them. Foam creates the most realistic snail possible, and fishing with split shot and a sink tip are highly recommended. We suggest keeping a couple of these guys in your box if you fish a lot of lakes. It is one of those patterns that can turn a bad day of fishing into a great one. Currently available in sizes 12, 14, and 16.

Hawk Caddis - Incredibly popular pattern in the fall, winter and spring, especially in rivers with steelhead runs. When fish start pounding the gravel during spawns they kick up gravel and the bugs in it. The Hawk Caddis is a great caddis imitation, that quickly attracts trout and steelhead. Trout in particular like to pool behind spawning beds and munch on the eggs and bugs that get drifted downstream. Currently available in sizes 6, 8, and 10.

Hot Wire Soft Hackle-Beadhead - Much like a Soft Hackle and Partridge with some added features. A beadhead and wire help to get this fly down fast. Olive partridge is used to hackle this fly along with create a tail. Soft Hackles have been popular trout fishing flies for a long time. They have an understated buggy look that also creates motion and drives fish nuts. Currently available in Chartreuse and in sizes 12, 14, and 16.

Royal Para Wulff Purple - Not even Lee Wulff could of guessed how popular the Royal Wulff would be or the many pattern innovations it would of created. This one in particular was a customer request due to the incredible effectiveness he had with it. Tied like a parachute pattern but with two posts that make it easier to spot and give a winged look from below. Royal patterns are known to be one of the most effective attractor patterns out there. Fish on overcast days when there isn’t much hatch action going on. Available in sizes 12, 14, and 16.

Silver Doctor Tandem - A great looking tandem pattern that is sure to create ferocious strikes from territorial fish. In the right colors to attract big browns and landlocked salmon. Extremely popular in Maine, especially with trollers. Try trolling it or fish it on the swing. Currently available in size 4.
